Trade Show 2026 - Giveaway T&Cs

1. Promotion Period
Entries open from 08 August 2026 08:00 am to 12 August 2026 6:00 pm.

2. How to Enter
Entrants must submit a valid email address via the entry form linked from the QR code at Optoco's Trade Show 2026 stand. One entry per person.

3. Eligibility
Open to attendees of the trade show aged 18 and over. Optoco reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not meet these terms. Employees of Optoco and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. The Prize
One winner will receive a prize to be announced, details of which will be confirmed at the Optoco stand and on this page prior to the draw. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries shortly after the close of the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry.

6. Unclaimed Prizes
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Optoco reserves the right to select an alternate winner or withhold the prize.

7. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. This is a free entry giveaway and is not conducted as a licensed trade promotion lottery under NSW, ACT, or SA regulations.

8. Use of Personal Information
By entering, entrants consent to Optoco collecting and using their email address to notify winners and, unless they opt out, to send future marketing communications from Optoco in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

9. General
Optoco reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law. This promotion is conducted by Optoco and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the trade show organizer.
